I have a request from one of the startups we have been mentoring, two very smart PhD students who have built a drugs repurposing algorithm, are now looking for companies who would like to collaborate on this work.
We are two PhD students developing an algorithm for small molecule drug repurposing. Would anyone interested in this application be open to having a discussion? We would be grateful for any ideas or requests.
There is the potential to put a candidate for repurposing through our algorithm as it stands. We could collaborate to look at the outputs and carry out validation of any promising targets of interest.
